Terms of Service

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through the website of Victoria & Sophie Boston, reachable via info@victoria-sophie.com

For legal purposes, Victoria & Sophie Boston operates as a trading name of Youwant (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).

1. Applicability

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to describe our products accurately and provide up-to-date information. However, typographical errors or inaccuracies may occur.

3. Ordering and Payment

Orders are processed once full payment has been received. Available payment methods may differ by country. Customers are responsible for verifying which payment options are available in their region.

4. Processing and Delivery

Processing time: 1–3 working days
Shipping time: 3–7 working days (depending on location)
All orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China

5. Returns and Cancellations

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 2 hours after the order has been placed.
After the initial 2-hour period, orders may still be cancelled up to a maximum of 12 hours after placement, subject to a 15% cancellation fee to cover processing and handling costs.
Cancellation requests submitted after 12 hours from the time of order placement can no longer be accepted, as the order may already be in processing or shipment.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via info@victoria-sophie.com and will be processed based on the time the request is received.

Returns

Please refer to our separate Return Policy for all applicable conditions regarding returns after delivery.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipment if the tracking information shows that the parcel has been delivered. Always ensure that the address provided is correct.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (texts, images, logos) is the property of Victoria & Sophie Boston and may not be used without permission.

The Company is established and registered at Groentelaan 19, 2292AD Wateringen, The Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number: 77900294.

8. Complaints Procedure

Complaints can be submitted in writing via info@victoria-sophie.com. We aim to respond within 1-3 working days.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
